  1. ELIGIBILITY:

A.NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR CLAIM A PRIZE. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. 7 Brew Coffee Sip Your Way to 100k Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, age thirteen (13) years or older at the time of entry except (i) employees of Brew Culture, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Sponsor”) and its affiliated entities. Sponsor and its affiliated entities are collectively referred to herein as the “Sweepstakes Entities.” Entrants under the age of majority in their state of residence (a “minor”), must get their parent or legal guardian’s permission to enter the Sweepstakes.

To be eligible to receive the Prize, the Entrant must have or create a valid, active 7 Brew Rewards account. If Entrant does not have a 7 Brew Rewards account at the time of entry, one may be created at no cost by (1) downloading the 7 Brew mobile application and following the registration instructions, (2) by visiting https://7brew.com/rewards and following the registration instructions, or (3) by visiting a participating 7 Brew store and requesting to be enrolled in 7 Brew Rewards. Creation of a 7 Brew Rewards account is free. Sponsor reserves the right to verify account ownership and eligibility, as detailed below, prior to awarding the Prize.

B. The Sweepstakes is governed by United States law and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to accept and be bound by all terms of these official rules (“Official Rules”). Void where prohibited by law.

  1. HOW TO ENTER:

A.From Thursday, August 20th, 2026, 12:00 AM Central Time through Wednesday, August 26th, 2026, 11:59 PM Central Time (the “Entry Period”), Sponsor will conduct a Sweepstakes encouraging participants to enter for a chance to win a prize. There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:

(1) FREE METHOD OF ENTRY (NO PURCHASE NECESSARY). During the Entry Period, Entrant may mail a letter including Entrant’s name, address, telephone number, month and year of birth, and email address to Sponsor at 2710 S. 48th Street, Springdale, Arkansas 72762. If Entrant is a minor, the letter must include the name of the minor’s parent or legal guardian and the parent or legal guardian’s email address. Entrant will receive one (1) entry for each qualified registration. To be eligible, each Sweepstakes entry must be received no later than 11:59 PM Central Time on Wednesday, August 26th, 2026.

(2) PURCHASE METHOD OF ENTRY. During the Entry Period, Entrant will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry for each Eligible Order. An “Eligible Order” means an order placed through the 7 Brew mobile application which is picked up and paid for during the Entry Period. Sponsor may verify Eligible Orders through transaction records. Each Eligible Order constitutes one (1) Sweepstakes entry, regardless of the number of beverages or other items included in the order or the total purchase amount. The following are not an Eligible Order and will not receive Sweepstakes entries: (i) cancelled, refunded, voided, rejected, fraudulent, test, training, or complimentary orders; (ii) orders that are not picked up and paid for during the Entry Period; (iii) orders placed outside of the Entry Period; (iv) orders placed through any method other than the 7 Brew mobile application; and (v) any transaction which Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion was manipulated or structured for the purpose of circumventing these Official Rules, including, without limitation, artificially splitting what would otherwise be a single transaction into multiple transactions to obtain additional Sweepstakes entries. Each Eligible Order receives one (1) Sweepstakes entry. There is no limit to the number of Sweepstakes entries that may be earned through Eligible Orders.

B.Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means will be void. The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for misdirected, incomplete, lost, late, illegible, undelivered, inaccurate or delayed entries, or for technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions or other errors or problems that may limit or affect a person’s ability to participate in the Sweepstakes, whether human, mechanical, typographical, printing, electronic, network or otherwise, relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes including, without limitation, errors that may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. In the event of sabotage, acts of God, terrorism or threats thereof, computer virus or other events or causes beyond Sponsor’s control that corrupt the integrity, administration, security or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify Entrants and/or modify, cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor reserves the right to award the Prize from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the event requiring such cancellation. False or deceptive entries or acts will render the entrant ineligible. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. ANY ATTEMPT DELIBERATELY TO DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

3.HOW TO WIN:

  1. Prize Drawing. On or around Thursday, August 27th, 2026, one (1) potential winner (when verified by Sponsor as set below, the “Winner”) will be randomly in a drawing from all eligible entries received throughout the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designee, using randomization methods selected by Sponsor in its reasonable discretion.

  2. Notification and Eligibility Requirements. The potential Winner will be notified by Sponsor via email and/or telephone call and must meet all eligibility requirements including timely replying to the notification and executing and returning all necessary releases and documents (if any) required by Sponsor. Winning the Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth in these Official Rules. Odds of winning the Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. At Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion, a potential Winner will be disqualified, his or her prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential Winner will be selected by alternate random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries if: (i) any prize notification is returned as undeliverable; (ii) a potential Winner declines his or her prize; (iii) a potential Winner fails to comply with any of these Official Rules; or (iv) a potential Winner does not respond to the email notification and/or telephone call or accept the prize within forty-eight (48) hours from the initial transmission thereof. If there is a dispute as to the identity of the Winner, the winning entry shall be deemed to have been submitted by: (i) if the winning entry was earned through an Eligible Order, the authorized holder of the registered 7 Brew Rewards account used to place the applicable Eligible Order at the time such Eligible Order was placed; or (ii) if the winning entry was submitted through the Free Method of Entry, the authorized holder of the email address associated with the applicable entry at the time such entry was submitted. Sponsor reserves the right to require proof of ownership of the applicable 7 Brew Rewards account or email account, as applicable, and its determination of the authorized account holder shall be final and binding. Sponsor may require the potential Winner to provide the information necessary to identify the Winner’s 7 Brew Rewards account so that the Prize may be deposited into such account.

  3. PRIZE:

  4. One (1) Winner will receive one hundred thousand (100,000) 7 Brew Rewards points (the “Points”), which will be deposited into the Winner’s registered 7 Brew Rewards account.

  5. THE TOTAL APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE OF THE PRIZE IS EIGHT HUNDRED DOLLARS ($800.00).

C. The Points are redeemable only through the 7 Brew Rewards program at participating 7 Brew locations and only in accordance with the then-current 7 Brew Rewards Program Terms and Conditions, available at https://7brew.com/terms-and-conditions as may be amended from time to time. The Points are non-transferable, may not be redeemed or exchanged for cash or any cash equivalent, are not refundable, and have no independent cash, property, or other value outside the 7 Brew Rewards program. Use of the Points, including any expiration, redemption, forfeiture, or other program rules, is governed exclusively by the 7 Brew Rewards Terms and Conditions.

D. No substitution, assignment, or transfer of the Prize or any portion thereof is permitted by the Winner, and the Prize may not be redeemed for cash. All Prize details and additional terms, conditions, or eligibility requirements are in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.

E. The Winner is solely responsible for the reporting and payment of all federal, state and local income, sales and other taxes (if any) and any other costs and expenses associated with acceptance or use of the Prize not specified in these Official Rules. The Prize will be awarded within a reasonable time of Sponsor’s verification of the Winner but in no event later than thirty (30) days after the Winner has satisfied all verification and eligibility requirements. Sponsor may require the Winner to provide the information necessary to identify the Winner’s registered 7 Brew Rewards account for purposes of depositing the Points.

5. GENERAL: By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrant (and any minor entrant’s parent or legal guardian) grants Sweepstakes Entities and their designees the right, unless prohibited by law, to use their names, user names, entries, cities and states of residences, voices, avatars, pictures and likenesses, without compensation, notification or approval, for the purpose of advertising and publicizing the goods and services of the Sweepstakes Entities and all matters related to the Sweepstakes, in any manner or medium, now or hereafter known, throughout the world in perpetuity. Sponsor is not required, under any circumstances, to publicize and/or market the Winner of the Sweepstakes. THE SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY RESPONSIBILITY AND ENTRANTS AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS THE SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES AND THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS AND AGENTS, FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, ACTIONS, DEMANDS AND/OR LIABILITIES FOR INJURY, DEATH, DAMAGE OR LOSS TO ANY PERSON OR PROPERTY RELATING TO OR ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF SUCH INJURY OR LOSS, THE AWARDING, CREDITING, RECEIPT, REDEMPTION, DELIVERY AND/OR SUBSEQUENT USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE AWARDED IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, INCLUDING ANY REWARDS POINTS AWARDED AS A PRIZE AND ANY PRODUCT, SERVICE, BENEFIT, OR OTHER ITEM OBTAINED THROUGH THE REDEMPTION OR USE OF SUCH REWARDS POINTS, AND/OR PRINTING, DISTRIBUTION OR PRODUCTION ERRORS. EACH WINNER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE PRIZE, INCLUDING ANY REWARDS POINTS AWARDED AS A PRIZE AND ANY PRODUCT, SERVICE, BENEFIT, OR OTHER ITEM OBTAINED THROUGH THE REDEMPTION OR USE OF SUCH POINTS IS AWARDED “AS IS” AND THAT SPONSOR HAS NOT MADE, AND IS NOT IN ANY MANNER RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR, ANY REPRESENTATION, GUARANTEE OR WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, IN LAW OR IN FACT, RELATIVE TO ANY PRIZE, REWARDS POINTS, OR ANY SUCH REDEEMED ITEM, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ITS QUALITY, MECHANICAL CONDITION OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

6. DISPUTES:

A.Except where prohibited, Entrants (and any minor entrant’s parent or legal guardian) agree that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or any Prize awarded will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of Arkansas; (ii) any and all claims, judgments, and awards to Entrants will be limited to actual out of pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in this Sweepstakes, but in no event shall attorneys’ fees be awarded; and (iii) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental and/or consequential damages, and any other damages other than for actual out of pocket costs incurred and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or Entrants’ and/or Sponsor’s rights and obligations in connection with the Sweepstakes are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

B. If there is any conflict with any Sweepstakes details contained in these Official Rules and Sweepstakes details contained in Sweepstakes materials (including, but not limited to, point of sale, television, radio, and print advertising, promotional packaging, and other promotion media), the details of the Sweepstakes as set forth in these Official Rules shall prevail.

7. PRIVACY POLICY: Any personally identifiable information collected during an Entrant's participation in this Sweepstakes may be used by Sponsor and its affiliates, agents and marketers in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy, located at https://7brew.com/privacy-policy, and to the extent applicable, the 7 Brew Rewards Program Terms and Conditions.

8. OFFICIAL RULES OR WINNERS LIST: For a copy of the Official Rules or Winner List (available on or about August 27, 2026), please send a self-addressed, stamped envelope (residents of VT need not include return postage on rules requests) to the following address no later than September 30, 2026 (Please specify “Official Rules” or “Winner List”): Brew Culture, LLC, 2710 S. 48th Street, Springdale, Arkansas 72762.

9. SPONSOR: The Sponsor of the Sweepstakes is Brew Culture, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company having a place of business at 2710 S. 48th Street, Springdale, Arkansas 72762 Any inquiries or questions regarding the Sweepstakes may be sent by email to info@7brew.com or by regular mail to Sponsor at the address provided immediately above.

10. SHORT RULES: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are thirteen (13) years of age or older at the time of entry. Entrants under the age of majority in their state of residence (a “minor”), must get their parent or legal guardian’s permission to enter the Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes begins August 20th, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. CT and ends August 26th, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. CT. Enter by either (1) submitting a free method of entry in accordance with the Official Rules or (2) placing and picking up an Eligible Order through the 7 Brew mobile application during the Entry Period.
