How does the 7 Brew Rewards Program work?
Earn 100 points per drink purchased. At 1,000 points, get a free drink 'any size' automatically added to your account ready to use whenever you like. It's that simple!
Do my points expire?
Your points expire 12 months after your last order. As long as you continue to visit and earn, your points will stay active!
What happened to the rewards I had saved in the previous program?
Good news! All your saved points and rewards have been successfully transferred to our new rewards program. Simply sign up to start redeeming! If you don’t see your points or rewards, our Customer Support Team is here to help. Reach out to us at info@7brew.com.
I just signed up but don't see my previous points balance. What should I do?
Please allow 48 hours for your old points to transfer to your new rewards account. If you still don’t see your points or rewards within 48 hours of signup, our Customer Support Team is here to help. Reach out to us at info@7brew.com.
Can I save a reward for later?
Rewards earned through points can be redeemed whenever you’re ready and as long as you’ve got enough points in your account! For promotional offers, you must use them before their expiration date.
How do I apply my reward to my order?
At the stand, provide your phone number to a Brewista during the ordering process. Our Brewista’s will be able to view your points and available rewards and by letting the team member know which reward you’d like to use, they can apply it to your check.
Where can I sign up for 7 Brew Rewards?
Providing a phone number in our drive-thru with a Brewista and confirming via text message will get you signed up for our Rewards Program. Additionally, you can sign up online at 7brew.com/rewards.
Why is my Rewards account information (points/available rewards) incorrect?
As we transition to a new 7 Brew Rewards platform, some customers may see incorrect information in their Rewards account, including inaccurate points or no available rewards, even if you do have some. We're aware of the issue and are actively working to correct it as quickly as possible. Rest assured: your actual rewards and points are safe and still available. This is just a display error on our end. If it has been more than 5 days since you joined the new Rewards platform, please visit 7brew.com/faq and use the contact form to reach our Care Team. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
