• To Communicate with You, including by responding to your inquiries, sending you information about our products and Services, communicating with you about programs and contests, notifying you of changes to our terms and policies, and requesting your feedback.
• For Marketing and Promotions, including to communicate offers tailored to you. You may opt out of receiving email advertising at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails that we send, and our SMS messages by replying “STOP” to the text messages that we send, changing your preferences in our Application, or by contacting us as described in the “Contact Us” section below.
• For Targeted Advertising, including to provide you with offers and promotions that you may be interested in. You may have certain privacy rights with respect to the processing of your information for targeted advertising and may opt out through the Privacy Requests link. • To Customize, Analyze, and Improve Our Services, including by identifying usage trends, determining the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns and advertising, and evaluating and improving our Services, products, and marketing to better your experience and reach more customers.
• To Protect Our Services, including by detecting and preventing fraud and enforcing the terms of our policies and agreements with you and any third parties.
• To Comply with Applicable Laws, including by complying with our legal obligations, responding to legal requests, and exercising, establishing, and defending our legal rights.

We may disclose your personal information for the purposes described in the “How Do We Use Your Information?” section above to the following categories of parties:

• To Our Franchisees. Our franchisees are independently owned and may access personal information relating to transactions and interactions at their own locations as needed to operate those locations as part of 7 Brew, including to fulfill orders, process payments or refunds, administer rewards redemptions, and respond to customer questions or complaints.

• To Service Providers. We may disclose personal information with our service providers for the purposes described in this Privacy Notice including, but not limited to, payment processing, location mapping, delivery of products and Services, and advertising and marketing Services. Such service providers may use AI-enabled tools to provide us with services or may or provide us with AI-enabled tools for our own use.
• To Our Advertising Partners. We may disclose your personal information to our social media partners, Meta and TikTok, for our targeted advertising purposes. You may have certain privacy rights with respect to the processing of your information for targeted advertising purposes and may opt out using the Privacy Requests link. • When We Are Involved in a Business Transaction. We may disclose or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.
• To Regulators and Other Entities. We may share your information as necessary to comply with applicable law, to enforce our agreements or policies, to protect the safety, rights, or property of 7 Brew and its franchisees, employees, customers, visitors, users, service providers, or any other person or entity.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with or sold to any third parties.

Please note that if you only opt out of receiving promotional and marketing email communications from us, you may still receive other forms of promotional and marketing communications from us, including text messages. You may also opt out of receiving promotional and marketing communications from us, including text messages and email communications, by contacting us using one of the methods listed in the “Contact Us” section below, or through our Application. Please note that if you opt out of receiving promotional and marketing communications from us, we may still send communications to you about your orders and transactions. Opting out of text and email communications will not terminate your 7 Brew Rewards account.

This Notice of Financial Incentives is provided by 7 Brew and applies to the 7 Brew Rewards program operated by 7 Brew (“7 Brew Rewards”). ABOUT 7 BREW REWARDS

7 Brew Rewards is a customer loyalty program that allows eligible individuals who enroll and become a member of 7 Brew Rewards to receive and redeem loyalty points for complimentary items at participating 7 Brew Drive Thru Coffee stores and merchandise online through its Application. Generally speaking, 7 Brew Rewards members may receive loyalty points for every U.S. dollar ($1.00) spent on qualifying purchases. 7 Brew Rewards members may also be granted additional rewards or benefits on particular transactions or special offers. 7 Brew Rewards members may also receive personalized experiences, rewards, or content connected to their enrollment in 7 Brew Rewards.

MATERIAL TERMS

The material terms of the 7 Brew Rewards program are contained in the 7 Brew Rewards Terms and Conditions, which are incorporated in and can be found in the 7 Brew Online Services Terms and Conditions of Use. Participation in 7 Brew Rewards is subject to the 7 Brew Rewards Terms and Conditions and the 7 Brew Online Services Terms and Conditions of Use and this Privacy Notice, and we encourage you to read each of them prior to enrolling in 7 Brew Rewards.

7 Brew collects personal information in connection with providing the 7 Brew Rewards program to consumers. 7 Brew believes that the financial incentive offered through 7 Brew Rewards is reasonably related to the value of the personal information collected. The rewards and benefits provided to 7 Brew Rewards members are proportionate to the increased revenue and customer engagement that 7 Brew receives as a result of the personal information collected and used to operate the 7 Brew Rewards program. The categories of personal information collected are described in the “How Do We Use Your Information?” section above and include:

• Basic Personal Identifiers (e.g., name, phone number, home or business address, email address and/or month and day of birth).
• Commercial Information (e.g., products purchased at our 7 Brew Drive Thru Coffee stores or through our website, credit or debit card information, and whether you use a gift card).
• Geolocation Information (e.g., imprecise location).
• Log and Usage Data, (e.g., IP address, device information, browser type, and settings and information about your activity on our website and Application).
• Sensory Information (e.g., electronic, visual, or similar information).
• Inferences from personal information collected (e.g., shopping preferences).

We may use and share your basic personal identifiers and log and usage data as discussed in the “How Do We Disclose Your Information?” section above, for targeted advertising purposes as described in our Privacy Notice.

We do not disclose personal information collected in connection with the 7 Brew Rewards program to data brokers. We may disclose substantially all categories of personal information above to our marketing, advertising, and analytics service providers. At this time, all 7 Brew Rewards benefits are provided directly by 7 Brew and/or franchisees of 7 Brew. 7 Brew does not currently work with any third-party Loyalty Program Partners who provide program benefits to members in exchange for the transfer of your personal information.

See the “Your Marketing Choices” section above for information about opting out of marketing messages. If you later opt out from marketing messages you may still be a member of 7 Brew Rewards. 7 Brew does not assign an independent monetary value to the personal information collected through the 7 Brew Rewards program standing alone. However, based on our reasonable and good-faith estimate, 7 Brew receives value from 7 Brew Rewards through increased customer patronage, engagement, loyalty, and sales. The value 7 Brew receives from 7 Brew Rewards, and the value each 7 Brew Rewards member receives from the program, may vary by member depending on factors such as the number of qualifying purchases made, the number of loyalty points earned, the rewards or benefits redeemed, whether the member is a regular or occasional customer, and whether the member receives or uses personalized offers, rewards, or content. We have made a good faith estimate that the value of the personal information provided in connection with 7 Brew Rewards is roughly equivalent to the relevant expenses related to the collection and retention of that personal information. Any difference in price or benefits provided to customers who participate in 7 Brew Rewards is reasonably related to the value of personal information provided.

You may opt out of the 7 Brew Rewards program at any time and for any reason by contacting us using any of the methods described in the “Contact Us” section below, or through our Application. Please note that if you opt out of the 7 Brew Rewards program, you will lose access to the 7 Brew Rewards program and you will lose any unredeemed points, rewards, and other benefits associated with your 7 Brew Rewards account because we will no longer be able to associate you with any points, rewards, or other benefits of the 7 Brew Rewards program.
