We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the “Last Revised” date set forth above and will be effective as of such date. We will provide you with notice of material changes to this Privacy Notice. We encourage you to check this Privacy Notice periodically for changes.
- What Information Do We Collect?
We may collect the following categories of personal information when you use our Services, depending on the context of your interactions with us:
- Basic Personal Identifiers, such as your first and last name, telephone number, home or business address, email address, and/or date of birth.
- Commercial Information, such as information about your purchases and transactions at our 7 Brew Drive Thru Coffee stores and through our website.
- Financial Information, such as your credit or debit card information.
- Geolocation Information, such as data about your device’s imprecise location (which may be inferred from your device’s IP address).
- Log and Usage Data, such as your IP address, device information, browser type, and settings and information about your activity in the Services (such as the date/time stamps associated with your usage, pages and files viewed, searches, and other actions you take such as which features you use), device event information (such as system activity, error reports (sometimes called “crash dumps”), and hardware settings).
- Sensory Information, such as audio and visual information derived from closed-circuit video surveillance cameras used to monitor and ensure the safety of our employees and visitors to our stores.
- Inferences, based upon the other information we collect as described above.
We may also collect the following categories of sensitive personal information, depending on the context of your interactions with us:
- Precise Geolocation Information, which may be collected using GPS and/or other technologies to collect geolocation data that tells us your current location. You can opt out of allowing us to collect this information by refusing access to the information or by disabling your location settings on your device. However, if you choose to opt out of allowing us to collect this information, you may not be able to use certain aspects of our Services.
- How Do We Collect Personal Information?
We may collect the categories of information described above from the following categories of sources:
- Directly From You, such as when you express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, visit our 7 Brew Drive Thru Coffee stores, use our website, sign up for our 7 Brew Rewards program, participate in promotions or events, or otherwise contact us.
- Automatically, such as when you use our website or click on advertisements or links in emails or text messages you receive from us.

- From Third Parties, including public databases, marketing partners, data analytics providers, social media platforms, and other third parties.
- How Do We Use Your Information?
We may use your personal information for a variety of purposes, depending on how you interact with our Services, including:
- To Provide our Services to You, including by fulfilling and managing your orders and transactions, providing customer service, verifying identifying information, processing payments, and otherwise operating our business.
- To Provide Rewards and Other Perks, including benefits that come with being a member of our 7 Brew Rewards program. More information about how we use personal information in connection with our 7 Brew Rewards program is available in the “Notice of Financial Incentives” section below.
- To Communicate with You, including by responding to your inquiries, sending you information about our products and Services, communicating with you about programs, contests, notifying you of changes to our terms and policies, and requesting your feedback.
- For Marketing and Advertising, including providing you with personalized content and advertising tailored to you. You may opt out of targeted advertising at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails that we send, replying “STOP” to the text messages that we send, or by contacting us as described in the “Contact Us” section below.
- To Customize and Improve our Services, including by identifying usage trends, determining the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns, and evaluating and improving our Services, products, and marketing to better your experience.
- To Protect our Services, including by detecting and preventing fraud and enforcing the terms of our policies and agreements with you and any third parties.
- To Comply with Applicable Laws, including by complying with our legal obligations, responding to legal requests, and exercising, establishing, and defending our legal rights.
- With Your Consent, including by posting testimonials and to fulfill any other business or commercial purpose at your direction or with your consent.
- How Do We Disclose Your Information?
We may disclose your personal information within 7 Brew and to third parties for the purposes described in the “How Do We Use Your Information?” section and as permitted by applicable law.
We may disclose your personal information as follows:
- Within 7 Brew and To Our Franchisees. We may disclose personal information within 7 Brew and to our franchisees for marketing purposes and for other business purposes in accordance with applicable law.
- To Service Providers and Business Partners. We may also share personal information with our service providers and business partners for the purposes described in this Privacy Notice including, but not limited to, payment processing, location mapping, delivery of products and Services, and advertising and marketing Services.
- When We are Involved in a Business Transaction. We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.
- To Other Entities. We may also share your information as necessary to comply with applicable law, to enforce our agreements or policies, to protect the safety, rights, or property of 7 Brew and its franchisees, employees, customers, visitors, users, service providers, or any other person or entity, or in accordance with your consent.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with or sold to any third parties.
- Do We Use Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies?
We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like web beacons and pixels) to access or store information. Cookies are small text files that are used to store small pieces of information. They are stored on your device when the website is loaded on your browser. These cookies help us make our website(s) function properly, make them more secure, provide a better user experience, and understand how the website performs and to analyze what works and where improvements are needed. - How Long Do We Keep Your Information?
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, but no longer than as required or permitted under applicable law or internal 7 Brew policy.
- How Do We Keep Your Information Safe?
We use reasonable technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to help us protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, and disclosure. However, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology is ever completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that your information is completely safe from unauthorized access. You should only access our Services in a secure environment. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your devices.
- Do We Respond to Do Not Track Signals?
Some browsers have “Do Not Track” features that allow you to tell a website not to track you. We do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” signals from browsers because a uniform technological standard has not yet been developed. If a standard for online tracking is developed in the future, we may develop procedures for responding to such signals, and we will inform you about our procedures in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.
- Do We Collect Information from Children?
We do not knowingly collect any personal information from visitors or users of our website who are under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please do not give us any personal information. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s Internet usage and to help enforce our Privacy Notice by instructing their children to never provide personal information through the Internet without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided personal information to us, please contact us as described in the “Contact Us” section below, and we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases.
- What are Your Privacy Choices and Rights in the U.S. and Canada?
You have certain choices and rights with respect to your personal information, which may have different names under different laws.
Your Choices
You may withdraw your consent to receive promotional and marketing communications from us at any time.
- Text Messages. You may opt-out of receiving promotional and marketing text messages from us by replying “STOP.” Please note that if you only opt out of receiving promotional and marketing text messages from us, you may still receive other forms of promotional and marketing communications from us, including email communications.
- Email Communications. You may opt-out of receiving promotional and marketing email communications from us by adjusting your communication preferences at Stay Connected or by following the unsubscribe instructions contained in each of our promotional and marketing email communications. Please note that if you only opt out of receiving promotional and marketing email communications from us, you may still receive other forms of promotional and marketing communications from us, including text messages.
You may also opt-out of receiving promotional and marketing communications from us, including text messages and email communications, by contacting us using one of the methods listed in the “Contact Us” section below. Please note that if you opt-out of receiving promotional and marketing communications from us, we may still send communications to you about your orders and transactions.
Your Rights
You may submit a request to exercise your rights as described below.
- Accessing Your Information. You may have the right to know what information we have collected about you, including the categories of personal information, the categories of sources from which personal information is collected, the business or commercial purpose for collecting, selling, or sharing personal information, the categories of third parties to whom we may disclose personal information, and the specific pieces of personal information that we have collected about you. You may also have the right to receive a copy of the information we have collected about you.
- Correcting Your Information. You may have the right to request that we correct certain inaccurate personal information that we maintain about you.
- Deleting Your Information. You may have the right to request that we delete certain personal information that we have collected from you.
- Targeted Advertising. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. You may have the right to opt-out of having your personal information shared for purposes of interest-based advertising.
- Sensitive Information. You may have the right to limit the use and disclosure of your sensitive personal information. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for any purposes that would require us to support this right.
You may request to exercise your rights by completing a privacy rights request form, available here, or by calling us toll-free at (479) 358-9274. We may request certain information to verify your identity, such as your first and last name, email address, telephone number, before granting you access to your information or otherwise acting in relation to your request.
You may have the right to designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. Your authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf using the same links described above. We may require the agent to provide proof of written permission to act on your behalf. Documentation may be submitted with your request or via email at info@7brew.com.
If we decline to take action with respect to a request you have made, you may appeal our decision by contacting us using one of the methods listed in the “Contact Us” section below.
You have the right to not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your applicable rights. As set forth in the “Notice of Financial Incentives” section, however, we may offer financial incentives to customers for the collection of personal information, the sale or sharing of personal information, or the retention of personal information.
Do California Residents Have Specific Privacy Rights?
If you are a California resident, you have specific rights with respect to our processing of information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with you or your household (“California Personal Information”).
With respect to your California Personal Information, during the 12-month period prior to the Last Revised date set forth in this Privacy Notice:
- We have collected or received the categories of information set forth in the “What Information Do We Collect?” section above.
- We have collected these categories of information from the categories of sources set forth in the “How Do We Collect Personal Information?” section above.
- We have used these categories of information for the purposes set forth in the “How Do We Use Your Information?” section above.
- We have disclosed these categories of information for our business purposes to the categories of third parties set forth in the “How Do We Disclose Your Information?” section above. We have not otherwise disclosed or shared any personal information.
- We have not sold any personal information for any purpose.

If you are a California Resident, you have certain rights related to your California Personal Information, including the rights set forth in the “What are Your Privacy Choices and Rights?” section above, which contains information about how to contact us regarding your privacy rights.

- Notice of Financial Incentives
This Notice of Financial Incentives is provided by 7 Brew and applies to the 7 Brew Rewards program operated by 7 Brew (“7 Brew Rewards”). We are providing this Notice of Financial Incentives because applicable law may require us to provide certain information about 7 Brew Rewards and obtain your opt-in consent before enrolling you in 7 Brew Rewards.
7 Brew reserves the right to add financial incentives to this Notice of Financial Incentives and to terminate 7 Brew Rewards at any time at our sole discretion.
ABOUT 7 BREW REWARDS
7 Brew Rewards is a customer loyalty program that allows eligible individuals who enroll and become a member of 7 Brew Rewards to receive and redeem loyalty points for complimentary items at participating 7 Brew Drive Thru Coffee stores. Generally speaking, 7 Brew Rewards members may receive loyalty points for every U.S. dollar ($1.00) spent on qualifying purchases. 7 Brew Rewards members may also be granted additional rewards or benefits on particular transactions or special offers. 7 Brew Rewards members may also receive personalized experiences, rewards, or content connected to their enrollment in 7 Brew Rewards.
MATERIAL TERMS
The material terms of the 7 Brew Rewards program are contained in the 7 Brew Rewards Terms and Conditions section of 7 Brew Online Services Terms and Conditions of Use, which are incorporated in and can be found in the 7 Brew Online Services Terms and Conditions of Use. Participation in 7 Brew Rewards is subject to the 7 Brew Rewards Terms and Conditions and the 7 Brew Online Services Terms and Conditions of Use and this Privacy Notice, and we encourage you to read each of them prior to enrolling in 7 Brew Rewards.
7 Brew collects personal information in connection with providing the 7 Brew Rewards program to consumers. The categories of personal information collect are described in the “What Information Do We Collect?” section above and include:
- Basic Personal Identifiers (e.g., name, phone number, home or business address, email address and/or date of birth).
- Commercial Information (e.g., products purchased at our 7 Brew Drive Thru Coffee stores or through our website).
- Financial Information (e.g., credit or debit card information).

- Log and Usage Data, (e.g., IP address, device information, browser type, and settings and information about your activity on our website).

We do not disclose personal information collected in connection with the 7 Brew Rewards program to data brokers. We may disclose substantially all categories of personal information above to our social media, advertising, and analytics partners. We may process and share this information for targeted advertising.
HOW TO OPT-IN TO 7 BREW REWARDS
Information about how to opt-in to the 7 Brew Rewards program is contained in the 7 Brew Rewards Terms and Conditions section of 7 Brew Online Services Terms and Conditions of Use under the heading “JOINING 7 BREW REWARDS”.
VALUE OF CONSUMER DATA
In our good faith calculation, we consider the value of consumer data collected through the 7 Brew Rewards program as the equivalent of relevant expenses related to the collection and retention of consumers’ personal information as part of the 7 Brew Rewards program. The financial incentive we offer to consumers through the 7 Brew Rewards program is reasonably related to the value of the consumer’s data.
HOW TO OPT-OUT OF 7 BREW REWARDS
You may opt-out of the 7 Brew Rewards program at any time, for any reason by contacting us using any of the methods described in the “Contact Us” section below. Please note that if you opt-out of the 7 Brew Rewards program, you will lose access to the 7 Brew Rewards program and you will lose any unredeemed points, rewards, and other benefits associated with your 7 Brew Rewards account because we will no longer be able to associate you with any points, rewards, or other benefits of the 7 Brew Rewards program. More information about opting-out of the 7 Brew Rewards program is contained in the 7 Brew Rewards Terms and Conditions section of 7 Brew Online Services Terms and Conditions of Use under the heading “CANCELLATION; TERMINATION”.
