We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the “Last Revised” date set forth above and will be effective as of such date. What Information Do We Collect?
We may collect the following categories of personal information when you use our Services, depending on the context of your interactions with us:
- Basic Personal Identifiers, such as your first and last name, telephone number, home or business address, email address, and/or date of birth.
- Commercial Information, such as information about your purchases and transactions at our 7 Brew Drive Thru Coffee stores and through our website.

- Within 7 Brew and To Our Franchisees. We may disclose personal information within 7 Brew and to our franchisees for marketing purposes and for other business purposes in accordance with applicable law.
- To Service Providers and Business Partners. We may also share personal information with our service providers and business partners for the purposes described in this Privacy Notice including, but not limited to, payment processing, location mapping, delivery of products and services, and advertising and marketing services.
- When We are Involved in a Business Transaction. We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.
- To Other Entities. We may also share your information as necessary to comply with applicable law, to enforce our agreements or policies, to protect the safety, rights, or property of 7 Brew and its franchisees, employees, customers, visitors, users, service providers, or any other person or entity, or in accordance with your consent.
Do We Use Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies?
We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like web beacons and pixels) to access or store information. Cookies are small text files that are used to store small pieces of information. They are stored on your device when the website is loaded on your browser. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, but no longer than as required or permitted under applicable law or internal 7 Brew policy.

We use reasonable technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to help us protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, and disclosure. However, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology is ever completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that your information is completely safe from unauthorized access. You should only access our Services in a secure environment. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your devices.
Do We Respond to Do Not Track Signals?
Some browsers have “Do Not Track” features that allow you to tell a website not to track you. We do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” signals from browsers because a uniform technological standard has not yet been developed. If a standard for online tracking is developed in the future, we may develop procedures for responding to such signals, and we will inform you about our procedures in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.
Do We Collect Information from Children?
We do not knowingly collect any personal information from visitors or users of our website who are under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please do not give us any personal information. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s Internet usage and to help enforce our Privacy Notice by instructing their children to never provide personal information through the Internet without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided personal information to us, please contact us as described in the “Contact Us” section below, and we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases.

Please note that if you opt-out of receiving promotional or marketing communications from us, we may still send communications to you about your orders and transactions.
Your Rights

We may request certain information to verify your identity, such as your first and last name, email address, telephone number, before granting you access to your information or otherwise acting in relation to your request.
You may have the right to designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. Your authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf using the same links described above. We may require the agent to provide proof of written permission to act on your behalf. Documentation may be submitted with your request or via email at info@7brew.com.
If we decline to take action with respect to a request you have made, you may appeal our decision by contacting us using one of the methods listed in the “Contact Us” section below.
You have the right to not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your applicable rights. As set forth in the “Notice of Financial Incentives” section, however, we may offer financial incentives to customers for the collection of personal information, the sale or sharing of personal information, or the retention of personal information.

If you are a California resident, you have specific rights with respect to our processing of information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with you or your household (“California Personal Information”).
