Where can I buy gift cards?
7 Brew gift cards can be purchased at stands, online at shop7brew.com and from select retailer partners.
Are there any restrictions on gift card usage?
7 Brew gift cards are redeemable only for purchases of eligible goods and services at participating 7 Brew locations. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
Do gift cards ever expire or are there any fees?
No, there are no fees and no expiration date on any 7 Brew gift card.
How do I check my gift card balance?
7 Brew gift card balances can be checked anytime at rewards.7brew.com/giftcard. You’re also welcome to stop by any participating stand, and a Brewista will be happy to look up your balance.
Can I reload my gift card?
Yes, 7 Brew gift cards can be reloaded at any participating stand.
Can I get my gift card replaced if it’s lost, stolen or damaged?
Lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards may be replaced at 7 Brew’s discretion. Visit 7brew.com/support to request a replacement. Be sure to always hold on to your original proof of purchase for the purchase or reload of your gift card as it will be required to consider your request.
Can I return or get a refund of my gift card?
7 Brew gift cards are not returnable or refundable.
Can I get cash back on the remaining balance of my gift card?
7 Brew gift cards are not redeemable for cash except as required by applicable law due to compliance with federal and state laws regulating the issuance and sale of gift cards. Visit 7brew.com/gift-card-cashout-form to learn more.
Can I pay for my order in the 7 Brew App with my gift card?
7 Brew gift cards cannot be used as payment in the App at this time.
Do I earn 7 Brew Rewards points when I buy a gift card?
You won't earn points when you purchase a gift card, only when it's redeemed. Just give the Brewista your phone number at redemption so it's linked to your 7 Brew Rewards account.
Can I transfer a gift card balance from one card to another?
No, 7 Brew gift card balances cannot be transferred between gift cards.
Do you offer eGift Cards?
No, 7 Brew gift cards are not currently available as eGift Cards.
Where can I use my gift card?
7 Brew gift cards can be redeemed in person at any participating 7 Brew stand in the U.S. They are not redeemable in the App at this time.
