Do you offer catering?
Thanks for your interest! Some of our locations do offer catering options depending on availability. We recommend visiting the stand to speak directly with a manager to see if they can accommodate your event.

We do not currently offer any third-party delivery services; however, we will always ensure your experience at any of our drive-thrus will be fast, friendly, and efficient!

Gift Cards
Do you have gift cards?
Yes! Gift cards are available at all 7 Brew locations. You can purchase one through the drive-thru or at the walk-up window.
Can I buy a gift card online?
Yes! Gift cards can be purchased online at shop7brew.com.
Are there any restrictions on gift card usage?
Gift cards can be used to pay for any purchase at 7 Brew!
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept tap-to-pay, cash, credit/debit cards, and 7 Brew gift cards.
Do gift cards ever expire?
There is no expiration date on any 7 Brew gift card! Once uploaded and purchased, it’s yours to use at your earliest convenience! We truly look forward to serving you soon!
How do I check my gift card balance?

Gift card balances can be checked anytime at rewards.7brew.com/giftcard.

If the online tool doesn’t recognize your card, it’s likely an older gift card. A Brewista at any 7 Brew location can easily convert it for you in-store.

You’re also welcome to stop by any stand, and a Brewista will be happy to look up your balance.

How do I get an update on my application?
We estimate 1-2 weeks for the management team to review applications, and they will be sure to contact you to schedule an interview if they have a position available.

Does 7 Brew offer decaf?
Yes, we do offer decaf espresso! Most of our coffee drinks can be made decaf or half-calf, but cold brew is the only exception, as it’s not available in decaf. For any non-coffee/caffeine drinks, we love the 7 Fizz, smoothies, shakes, steamers, hot cocoas, and lemonades! You can view our full menu here: 7brew.com/menu
Can you do half-caf?
Yes, we can do half-calf! Cold brew is the only exception, as it’s not available in decaf.
How much caffeine is in a decaf shot of your espresso?
There is about 2mg or less of caffeine in each shot of our decaf espresso!
Do you offer sugar-free?

Absolutely! We offer a variety of sugar-free flavors, and all of our 7 Originals can be made with sugar-free flavors. You can also fully customize your own drink with sugar-free options.

How can I see all your flavors?

Can I combine flavors?
Absolutely! You can mix and match any of our flavors to create your perfect drink. We have over 20,000 possible flavor combinations!
Where can I find nutritional information for your drinks?
While we currently do not have a nutritional document available online, you can fill out the contact form at 7brew.com/support with details or questions about your drink, and our team will be happy to help!
Do you have allergen information available (dairy, nuts, gluten, etc.)?

Each stand has an allergen chart readily available, and our Brewistas are happy to answer any questions or concerns.

What dairy-free or non-dairy milk options do you offer?
We currently offer Califia Farms oat, almond, and coconut milk for our dairy-free milk options! You can customize any drink with dairy-free alternatives at no extra charge!
Do you have vegan or plant-based options?
We strive to accommodate a wide variety of dietary lifestyles by providing several vegan and plant-based options. These include milk alternatives such as oat, almond, and coconut milk, as well as any of our flavors except for caramel, white chocolate, and dark chocolate!
Do you offer kid-friendly or caffeine-free drinks?
Yes! We offer several caffeine-free drinks, whether it’s for the kiddos or you need a late-night treat! We can make any of our espresso-based drinks decaf, and we also offer a wide variety of smoothies, shakes, fizzes, lemonades, flavored waters, as well as a decaf tea option!

Do you offer a birthday reward?
Yes, we do! To receive your free Birthday Drink, you’ll just need to have a registered 7 Brew Rewards account. Your birthday reward will automatically load into your account and will be available for one week after your birthday, so be sure to stop by and celebrate with us!
Do you have a rewards program/ what is your rewards program and how does it work?
Yes, you can be a part of the 7 Brew Rewards Program! For each 10 drinks you purchase, you earn 1 free drink. Signing up is easy! Just stop by your local 7 Brew and share your phone number with a Brewista.
What can I use my Loyalty Redemption on?
You can use your Loyalty Redemption on any drink, any size! ENJOY!
What do I do if I am missing my points?
If you’re missing points from a recent 7 Brew visit, please fill out the contact form at 7brew.com/support. Be sure to include your 7 Brew Rewards phone number, the date and time of your visit, and the stand location. Our team will be happy to look into it for you!
How do I update my birthday?
